How much does Percepco cost?
In Quebec: a subscription of $299.99 CAD per month per physician. In other provinces covered by the proportional model: 1.75%, per the contractual terms. For clinics and GMFs: a tailored offer.
Does the AI submit claims on its own?
No. AI proposes, deterministic rules verify, and you validate. An ambiguous case, or one with insufficient confidence, goes to human review and is never submitted automatically.
Which provinces are available?
Yes: Percepco is available in all 10 Canadian provinces, with each jurisdiction's rules. Direct electronic submission to each provincial health plan depends on that plan's integration process: let's talk about your province during the demo.
Do physicians and secretaries use the same interface?
They share the same product, but each role has an interface and permissions suited to its work.
How is a health card captured?
When a machine-readable code is present, Percepco prioritizes a local scan. For cards without a 2D code or when scanning fails, a photo-based reading can serve as a fallback, with the physician's confirmation before a patient is created.
Is my data protected?
Access is limited by role, organizations' data is isolated from one another and sensitive actions are logged. If you have specific requirements, we are happy to discuss them during the demo.
